This module provides mortgagees with detailed guidance on FHA’s permanent home retention options. The training will cover eligibility criteria, evaluation of a borrower for loss mitigation, and the use of early default intervention tools. Mortgagees will also learn how to apply the permanent home retention waterfall in accordance with HUD requirements to support sustainable borrower outcomes.
